OEM Membrane Cartridges for Filters 

Aqua free develops and produces tailor-made membrane cartridges and filters made from high-quality hollow fiber membranes. The membranes are manufactured in our factory in Belgium from robust polyethersulfone (PES), are permanently hydrophilic and offer various pore sizes that are ideal for microfiltration, sterile filtration and ultrafiltration. They can be manufactured in a dead-end or flushable configuration. 

All our membranes have an asymmetrical wall structure and are characterized by an impressive volume flow with low pressure loss. This is made possible by the precisely designed separating layer. Our membranes are frost-resistant and can be easily reactivated.

To prevent air blockage, fibers of a permanently hydrophobic variant of our membrane are installed in a membrane bundle. This is particularly advantageous for mobile filters that are not permanently installed in pipes or when CO₂ needs to be supplied. Our OEM membrane cartridges can be individually configured. 

The manufacture of the membrane cartridges is by a quality system in accordance with monitored ISO 9001 or ISO 13485, and certificates for use in drinking water, food or as a medical device are available. International certificates such as NSF, ACE, KIWA or WRAS are also possible. 

Our sterile filter membranes meet high requirements, are tested in accordance with ASTM F838 and have a filtration performance of >Log7/cm² filter area.
