Legionella bacteria are usually inhaled with water vapour and deposited in the lung. Water vapour is generated, for example, when showering if warm water is flowing from the shower head. The AS SHOWER chrome removes 99.99999% of Legionella from the tap water and allows safe showering during the operation time of up to 2 months - even when the responsible health authority impose a shower ban. The filter provides a secure and immediate protection against legionella.

The installation of a shower filter is very easy: Unscrew the existing shower head and add AS SHOWER chrome on the shower hose. In addition, the Legionella shower filter can be used during thermal or chemical disinfection as part of renovation measures without affecting Legionella retention.
