Water filters have a limited service life and must therefore be managed - to ensure that the installed filters are changed at regular intervals. The new App HyGenius® supports the user when changing filters and can be used by several users within a company if required.

The new HyGenius® digital assistant offers the user a user-guided filter change. The digital assistant is easy to use and guarantees safe and accurate documentation: Filter management, filter setup and filter change can be handled by scan and with a few clicks. This makes regular filter changes easy to track and uncomplicated. Helpful is the reminder function: this notifies the user of an imminent filter change in good time.

Available in four languages, the app takes professional filter management to a new level across all countries. With HyGenius®, Aqua free provides its international customers with a simple solution for uncomplicated filter changes. The app is available in German, English, French and Spanish.

First developed in Germany, Aqua free’s filter replacement service has become a recognized standard for water filter management. This service from Aqua free is currently used in over 800 companies throughout Germany and Europe.
